Our Approach

Digital transformation fails when it’s treated as a technology project. It’s a business project that uses technology. We start with the business problem — what decisions need better data, what processes need automation, what information needs to flow where — and work backwards to the technical solution.

We build incrementally. No 18-month projects with a big-bang go-live. Every engagement produces working software in weeks, validated by the people who will use it. We use our own platforms (Mustcato for business infrastructure, Aipokit for process management) as accelerators — not because we want to sell licenses, but because they let us deliver faster with proven components.

Self-hosting is a core principle. Your data, your infrastructure, your control. We use open-source and Rust-based technology stacks that run efficiently on modest hardware and don’t require ongoing vendor subscriptions.
